Refund Policy

At Creative Sweet Ltd we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients. Because most of our work is bespoke and involves time, planning, and resources committed in advance, our refund policy is set out below.
1. Website Design and Development
All website projects are bespoke and tailored specifically to each client.
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- If a project is cancelled by the client after work has started, Creative Sweet reserves the right to invoice for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Final project payments are non-refundable once the website has been approved or launched.
2. Hosting and Subscription Services
Hosting, WordPress Care, AI services, and other recurring subscriptions are billed in advance.
- Subscription payments are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.
- Clients may cancel future renewals in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
- Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle the client to a refund for the current billing period.
3. SEO Services
SEO is a long-term marketing service and results develop over time.
- Monthly SEO fees are non-refundable once work has commenced for that billing period.
- Any minimum agreement period remains payable in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Google Ads Management
- Management fees are non-refundable once campaign work has begun for the billing period.
- Advertising spend paid directly to Google or other advertising platforms is governed by the policies of the respective platform and cannot be refunded through Creative Sweet.
5. Social Media Management
- Monthly social media retainers are non-refundable once work has commenced for the agreed billing period.
6. Photography and Videography
- Deposits for photography and videography bookings are non-refundable.
- If a booking is cancelled after work has been completed or content has been delivered, no refund will be issued.
- 7 day in advance cancellation.
7. Wedding Content Creation
- Deposits secure your booking date and are non-refundable.
- Where a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event date, Creative Sweet reserves the right to retain the full booking fee or invoice for any additional costs where commitments have already been made on your behalf.
8. Digital Products
Where digital products, downloadable resources, or other digital assets are supplied, refunds cannot be provided once the product has been downloaded or delivered to the client.
9. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Where a refund request falls outside this policy, we will consider it on a case-by-case basis and aim to reach a fair outcome for both parties.
